Man Seeking $100 Million Or Unlimited Free Lifetime Shopping In Walmart Discrimination Claim

Roderick Jackson, of Waskom, Texas, is suing Walmart for $100 Million Or Unlimited Free Lifetime Shopping. Jackson filed two handwritten complaints against Walmart Monday in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, their headquarters is located in Bentonville, Arkansas. Although the complaints do not go into detail, Walmart states the claims are almost identical to 2021 when, Jackson sued Walmart on the false pretense of shoplifting and discrimination of race/color. The case was dismissed that year because he failed to properly serve Walmart, court documents say. In 2021 Jackson also sought $100 million and “a huge credit for future shopping” but later changed the complaint to ask for $175 million in damages instead.
